Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers about the trial, billing, and what's included, before you talk to anyone.
Trial & signup
How long is the trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day full-access trial. See the plan details on Pricing.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start?
No. All you need is an email, a password, and your company name. You get full access to every feature for 14 days, and nobody asks for a card until (and unless) you decide to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses: nothing is deleted. Choose a plan and pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and your searches, captures, and profile pick back up right where you left off. If you'd rather not continue, just let the trial lapse; you are never charged automatically.
Billing & cancellation
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Is there a setup fee, and can I get a refund?
Monthly subscriptions carry a one-time onboarding/setup fee shown at checkout, which is charged immediately at checkout and is not part of the free trial. Annual subscriptions waive the setup fee entirely.
Every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge for a refund of that charge. The one-time setup fee and add-on charges are excluded from the guarantee and are non-refundable once charged. See our Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing any time from Settings → Billing. See Pricing for the current annual and monthly rates on each plan.
